CAPRI patients are physician referred to our program. If you would like to be referred into CAPRI but your physician doesn’t have the right documents, please call us at our Business office 360-479-3886 and we’re glad to fax or send a referral to their clinic so we can get you started as soon as possible. Most cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses are covered by insurance. Medicare guidelines changed June 21, 2006 to accept cardiac rehabilitation for Heart Attacks (MI), CABG (Bypass surgeries), Stent placement, Mitral valve replacement and repair, and Heart and/or Lung transplant. We are glad to contact your insurance and complete the billing process with you. Unfortunately, the Maintenance program is not covered by insurance. We do try to keep the monthly cost as low as possible. CAPRI is a United Way program. The funds we receive from United Way allow CAPRI to never turn anyone away due to lack of insurance or ability to pay. We have a scholarship program available and we’d love you to ask us about how to qualify.
